Spotted a wrong food score? Have a question? Want a food added? A real person reads this inbox — we'd rather fix it than leave a bad score live.

Prefer your own mail app? Open in email app. We're a tiny team and usually reply within a few days.
The more specific you are, the faster we can help. If a food score looks wrong, tell us the exact food and roughly what you expected (for example, "spinach is rated 0 but I react to it"). If a page broke, mention the device and browser you used. Screenshots help but are never required.
We can correct food ratings against the SIGHI list, fix layout or calculator bugs, and add foods that belong in the subset. We cannot give medical, dietary, or diagnostic advice — for that, a doctor or registered dietitian is the right call. If your note is really a health question, we will point you there rather than guess.
This is a static site with no server, so we keep contact simple: copy our email address above, or tap "Open in email app" to start a message. No form data is stored on the site itself, because there is nowhere to store it.
We are a tiny volunteer project, not a support desk, so replies usually take a few days rather than hours. Genuine data corrections get priority — if a score is misleading, we want it fixed as much as you do.
The fastest fix is specific: tell us the food, the SIGHI tier you think it should be, and why. We cross-check against the published SIGHI list and update the calculator. Vague notes like "something felt off" help less, though we still read them.
"Can you add food X?" — often yes, if it is on SIGHI and fits our curated subset. "Will you diagnose me?" — no, that is a clinician's job. "Do you share my message?" — no, it goes only to our inbox.
That is welcome too. A short note about which swap helped you is the best signal that the tool is working, and it keeps the volunteer effort worth doing.
A quick checklist saves a round-trip: have you named the exact food or page? Noted your device and browser? Attached a screenshot if something broke? The more of those you include, the faster we reply with a fix rather than a question.
Even a one-line "the swap idea helped" lands. This is a volunteer project, so momentum comes from knowing the tool is actually used — your notes are the fuel that keeps it maintained.
